Friendly Food Finder (“we”, “us”) helps you find restaurants and dishes that match your macros and dietary preferences. This page explains what data we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details you provide (such as name and email) when you sign up. Approximate location when you allow it, so we can show restaurants near you. App usage data needed to operate and improve the service (for example which screens load successfully).

How we use it

To run the app, show relevant restaurants and dishes, keep you signed in, send transactional emails (sign-in or verification links), and fix bugs. We do not sell your personal data.

Location

Location is only requested while you use the map, and only with your permission. You can deny or revoke access in system settings; the app still works with a default map area.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, maps) that process data on our behalf. They may only use it to provide those services.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime in Account settings in the app, or by emailing us at the address below.
